Hayalsu Altinordu studied International Business & Management in Amsterdam before pursuing a career in music. She began her journey in media relations and social media management at Pozitif Live, Babylon, Tomtom Sokak, and !F Istanbul International Film Festival before transitioning into independent work. Since 2008, she has been writing music reviews for various magazines and newspapers and has had the opportunity to interview renowned artists such as Florence + The Machine and The National.

As a member of Dakni Productions, Hayalsu contributed to editorial and event marketing projects, including XXF Very Very French Festival, Australia in Turkey 2015 and Apple Music’s editorial projects. She later earned a Master’s degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music with distinction in 2023. During this time, she collaborated with brands such as Upwork, Flipboard, and other Fortune 100 companies. From 2022 to 2024, she worked as a Label & Artist Relations Manager at Vydia, one of the leading distribution companies.

Currently, Hayalsu serves as the Global Vice Chair of Chapter Expansion at Women In Music, Partnerships Manager at Muse, and a label manager at Drom Music. In the 2023-2024 academic year, she also taught the Recording Industry Operations course at the University of the Arts. Passionate about bridging music and technology, she aims to develop innovative, brand-focused marketing strategies that align with evolving industry trends, helping artists and brands thrive in a dynamic landscape.
