Hayalsu Altinordu studied International Business & Management in Amsterdam and decided to choose a career path in music. She conducted media relations and social media management in Pozitif Live, Babylon, Tomtom Sokak, !F Istanbul International Film Festival and then decided to work as an independent professional. She has been writing music reviews for several magazines and newspapers since 2008. Hayalsu was lucky to conduct several interviews with superstars such as Florence + The Machine and The National. As a member of Dakni Productions, she worked on various editorial and event marketing projects including XXF Very Very French Festival and Australia in Turkey 2015.

Hayalsu completed Music Business Master's at Berklee College of Music with distinction in 2023. Meanwhile, she’s been working with several brands including Upwork, Flipboard, and Fortune 100 clients. Furthermore, she's the Global Vice Chair of Chapter Expansion at Women In Music. Her aim is to continue to create innovative brand-focused marketing campaigns to align with rapidly evolving market trends and help artists and brands thrive within the ever-evolving music and tech ecosystem.
